We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch.
Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days — Free on all orders
Express Delivery: 4-9 business days — Calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or high order volumes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, simply contact us at supportgardenandgrey@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
